Is $350 / $500 really the flat price?

Yes. $350 for a landing page (bring your own domain), $500 for a full website (domain included) — regardless of how many features, integrations, or pages you need. You pay nothing until you've reviewed and approved the final site. No hidden fees.

How many revisions are included?

Unlimited small revisions across every project. In practice we iterate together as we build, so the work ends up exactly where you want it — not locked behind rigid revision counts.

Who owns the code, design, and assets?

You own everything. On launch day we hand over full ownership of the codebase, design files, and assets. No ongoing licensing fees, no vendor lock-in.

What if I need changes after the site is live?

Every project includes a 30-day post-launch window for tweaks, copy updates, and small fixes. Beyond that we offer hourly updates or monthly retainers for ongoing work.

Do you handle hosting, domains, and email?

We set up hosting on Vercel, Netlify, or your preferred provider — free tiers cover most sites. Landing page ($350) requires you to bring your own domain. Full website ($500) includes a fresh domain at no extra cost. You own all accounts directly.

Can I work with you if I already have a brand or designs?

Yes. Bring your logo, colors, fonts, and any assets — we'll design inside your system. If you don't have a brand yet, we can help shape one as part of the engagement.

Hi, I'm Manjinder — a studio of one.

For the last five years I've been designing and building marketing sites, landing pages, and portfolios for founders, creators, and small teams — sometimes at agencies, mostly on my own.

Northlight exists because I believe small companies deserve the same design care as billion-dollar brands — without the billion-dollar invoice. Every site is hand-designed and hand-coded in modern, fast-loading stacks. No templates. No four-week discovery phase. No eight-person agency telephone.
